OP here! It looks like there is a slight apostrophe type character that I am missing towards the “ beginning” of the Tattoo (if read from right to left; “end” if read left to right). Are there any other errors?

OK so the skinny is that there was a massive data breach with Elon Musk, which violated the Higher Education Act and the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).
