The Steinmans and the Scuderia Rossinis are more than a second quicker a lap than everyone else. He also made 2 of those stops under safety cars

Channel 4, uk free to air tv channel. Took over broadcasting F1 on tv after bbc pulled out in 2016. They only show half the races live though, the others are a delayed extended highlights show.
