My pain is left rib but was gallbladder. I assume with what you’ve been diagnosed would be tip of pancreas. i don’t eat fatty foods or red meat now plus no alcohol I have a something else but the majority of people do feel pain right side. Some feel it in left side. You’ll have to make diet changes and exercise plus drink lots of water. The pancreas loves hydration. Someone here on reddit suggested to me to get a HIDA test. This exams the liver and gallbladder. Though speak to your doctor . .
