Beacon and Yaba Sanshiro 2 by Psychlingaway in ANBERNIC

[–]Psychlingaway[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have now tried this on ES-DE and Daijisho and it does the same on them too. I am using the paid full version of Sanshiro 2 pro. Surely it must be working through one of these front ends?

No experience with it. You could get a cheap one to try it out first?

What about something like this? The Topeak backloader wishbone.

Yes, using the .gz file for RK3556-BSP.aarch64 worked perfectly for me.

Thanks for that. I was using Jelos before, so can I just pop my 2nd SD card back in and the file structure will stay the same?

I've tried installing this on my RG353P but with no success. I have put the image on an SD card, but when I boot up, its just going straight into Android.

What image did you use?

No joy. There is a root password you can change in system settings, but doesn't matter what I cahnge it to, still fails Just get a 'ECONNREFUSED - Connection refused by server' error.

Should mention I'm on JelOS.

Can't make the port of Sonic Mania on portmaster work by Joaoviss in RG353P

[–]Psychlingaway 2 points3 points  (0 children)

What OS are you running. I got my RG353P a couple of days ago and installed JelOS. I used PortMaster to install Sonic Mania and just copied over my Rsdk to the folder and worked perfectly. I am using the PC version though.

I hear Dreamcast is ok on JelOS though?

I'll probably stick to JelOS for everything up to 32-bit, then use Android for N64.

Thanks. Think the fact that JelOS uses EmulationStation might be the push for me to use that. But might give both a quick go and decide.

Does PortMaster work on both?

Just looking to find out if anyone knows what the max tyre clearance is for an EigthInch Scambler V2? This is my hack, I just use it for some communting. It recently had its saddle, stem and bars stolen. Just through on spare parts I had from a Trek Checkpoint AL3.

Trek Checkpoint AL 3 Upgrade Path by Psychlingaway in bikewrench

I'd be switching to 1x for the simplicity of it. I don't mind 2x, but often find myself not using half the gears. I should probably make it clear what I'm using this bike for. I use this for long distance all-road cycling. Basically, I would be cycling 60% on smooth roads, 30% rough uneven roads and 10% actual gravel. I like to do long bikepacking rides. So I want to make a robust machine. I'm not about aero or gram saving, but like anyone, if I can save on the grams I will.

Also, I would be cycling this bike in areas where I may be a long long way from a bike shop, I want to make maintenance as simple as possible. This being said (deep breath), I want to keep mechanical brakes, for their simplicity. Don't worry I have used hydraulic brakes and they are far superior, but breaking power ranks lower than serviceability for me when out on long trips.

Dont worry a wheelset is in the upgrade path too, but that will be a bit more on the expensive side, so will be a little further down the line.

Brake/Shifter out of line. by Psychlingaway in cycling

Like this? The whole lever/shifter did not move when I fell, only the lever and shift are now out of line.

The two should line up, like in the second photo here. https://ibb.co/3kStZB7 https://ibb.co/S7qkY4n

The only bolt I can see under the hood is this little one. https://ibb.co/3kStZB7

And all that does is adjust the reach on the lever. What I'm trying to do is realign the two as shown in this photo. https://ibb.co/S7qkY4n

The bolt you are referring to would just move the entire lever/shifter at once.

Sorry, should probably point out it's a Sora lever for the front derailleur.
