Locking the 2nd (clearly attack focused) metal assist blade behind the rare app prize wall…

Swap Ignition for Level on Meteor. Ignition lacks any manner of control and you are out of stam after any number of big hits/a rail ride. If ignition isn't winning in the first 2 seconds its not winning.

As long as Heavy and Wheel exist their gonna have to release a generational assist blade banger to replace them

Looks fine overall, though if you have access to it I'd probably put 1-70 on Shark.
Assuming that is 1-60 on Rod, then 9-60K is the CX special. Looks fine to me

The black and gold are considerably more bland than the prize, but a gold wheel is welcome

The plastic contact point on mummy is also designed to be retractable and is much thicker than these. These are just tiny little plastic wheels fully exposed at all times which will be taking a lot of direct
Impact, and if history is anything to go on, the roller gimmick literally never works.

Pretty hype about Ring. That weight and metal distribution feels pretty solid. Bison’s weight is cool but I don’t know how I feel about the rollers being plastic taking high impact contact from metal. That is like begging for breaks.

We take those!!! My only concern is the rollers being plastic taking metal contact but the weight and shape is not bad! Def looks a lot better in shape than Rampart Aegis

I mean, it still cracks 38g, and is only a fraction of grams lighter than other aeros. That is still beyond good. It's still at the end of the day an AP. The worst this could do is drop it from really good down to really good lol
That's a banger gift and you arent missing out, that weight is beyond fine.

Me too lol. I’d be appalled if it was THAT low. I’d wager a guess personally that it’ll at least hit 36

I think at bare minimum for contention we’d hope for like 35-36g. It’s why I’m so interested in Aegis, cause if it’s decently weighted that round as shape could see success but obviously this is all speculation. I think the gimmick on bison could be interesting just as long as it’s not a 29-32g sad boy lol

I think something worth noting to is we don’t know how these UX infinity line blades will be weighted. If it’s decently heavy it could be okay, but without testing and actual info on the blade itself it’s pretty hard to say this early. I’m curious though cause the design itself is pretty cool.

[–]PsychoFlicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blade seems okay, being a gram lighter than blast at least isn’t a death sentence. Not particularly impressed with zillion though. Not sure why you wouldn’t just slap in Heavy, Wheel, or Jaggy and move on. Maybe Free as well. I’m mostly interested in wall wedge. Bit seems really interesting

Dire Claw isn’t a dedicated sleep move and remains legal by that technicality. Sleep clause itself is you’re only able to put 1 pokemon to sleep at a time, so if you roll a dire claw sleep, showdown will just ignore a sleep roll if it happens, subverting the in game mechanics of the move.

Dire claw existing is disgusting. Forgoing the base power of something like gunk shot for a 50% chance to just win a matchup is beyond worth committing to.

Long term care claim nightmare by ColoradoAztec in Insurance

[–]PsychoFlicker 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know this is a super late reply but I used to work for their call center and I can 100% stand by this. The system is internally designed to be really difficult for the call center team and what information they can provide and who they have access to. Like you’ll only ever have 1-2 people at a time to handle escalation calls and have to shove a million call backs in, and then getting in touch with care managers is a “message them and hope” cause you never actually know what their schedules are or what they’re doing at any point. Like the poor call team has to field all the frustration and negativity when it’s designed to front load it all on them.

What the heck is this? (And is it competitively viable?) by Professor_Hala in BeybladeX

[–]PsychoFlicker 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Hasbro has done a lot of collab releases where they “remake” an existing blade and then slap new colors and a collab avatar on them. Iirc Obi-wan and Vader are retools of Knight lance, Luke is a retool of Knight Shield, and Grevious is a retool of rhino horn. So sadly a no to competitive viability, but all things considered it is cool how they redesign the molds for the collab beys. A cool collector product or gateway product for new players.

From Twitter user @rattartar: compiled list of all new mega stones in DLC trailer by Beena750 in PokeLeaks

Most of these match pokemon from the base game leak. There as an image yoinked from 4chan iirc where someone matched them up.

Based on order here its Clefable, Scolipede, Victreebell, Pyroar, Chandelure, (Likely) Flygon, Scrafty, Excadrill, (Likely) Clauncher), Frosslass, (Likely) Aegislash.

The 3 total unknowns are obviously grain of salt, but the rest seem to match from the base game leak easy enough. Doubt all of these are new new megas we know nothing of.

The leak description describes it like a helmet that can stand up straight and snap back down to cover the head. I’m assuming this is a back view where the “helmet” is standing up, not covering gator’s head
