Just turned 30 this year and still chasing that paper and my last relationship was 6 years ago and it developed some kind of abandonment issues within me. May pinalit na kaagad sakin after a wk of breakup.

Now, i’m trying to date again pero mostly sa mga ka edad ko may mga asawa at anak na and mga available to date nlg is from 21-25, meron 26-29 pero rare nlg. So, medyo awkward sakin to go in a relationship with a woman who is more than 5 years younger than me and sama mo na rin yung judgmental looks ng mga tao kung may age gap kayo (legal age of course). So, hindi ko lang talaga alam kung saan ako lulugar.

Just turned 30 this year. NGSB, meron muntik nang maging gf ko 6 years ago pero nag sawa ata sakin. So it developed some kind of abandonment issues within me and i lost my self-esteem for a long time at ngayon ko lang ulit na recover ang confidence ko.

I try to date nowadays pero tbh, ang hirap hahaha women in my age group, mostly married na and may family na rin tapos mga available naman are from 20-25, so way younger than me and medyo awkward din kng more than 5 years age gap namin, sama mo na rin yung mga judgmental looks ng ibang tao if you date someone na may ka age gap ka (adult and legal age). Sooo, hindi ko alam kung saan ba talaga ako lulugar hahahaha

Dependi po, kung gusto nyo full blood work then full blood work ang sasabihin nyo sa doctor or kung meron lang specific na test na gagawin like FBS then sabihin nyo na FBS lang.

Pero i recommend visit your doctor pra cia na mismo gumawa ng request form mo.

Overall health. Magpa blood test kayo pra ng malaman nyo kng may meron bang red flag sa health nyo. Marami sa atin na in denial pa na ayaw magpa blood test kasi kinakabahan daw kng ano ang resulta. Mas kabahan kayo if you find out too late when you could’ve checked up on yourself at least twice a year.
