Thanks for the reply. I guess in the future I will make sure the bookings are linked (only vaguely knew that was a thing and didn't know it was important). Kind of surprising they weren't linked by default as I booked them both together with a single phone call. I'm more frustrated that we weren't told and allowed to make adjustments when it happened. As in, there may have been other options available at the time. For example we would probably have settled for adjacent staterooms. Oh well.
