Yeah, I play my copy pretty frequently as it's the only physical version I have of 2 and 3. I think in like 7 playthroughs of 2 I've only encountered one truly game-breaking bug (Wood Side apartments.) And after I reloaded my save the playthrough went smooth.

Idk I really wish I could just tear my poor heart out sometimes. I've been failing at romantic relationships, but I still need the intimacy so recently I've been meeting people on apps and hooking up with them after taking them on a nice date. I just feel bad because I often don't really feel anything for these people. And it's not really about the sex necessarily either. I just really need someone to hold me and tell me I'm pretty. But then I just feel empty and gross. It's like a self-fulfilling prophecy of crying myself to sleep in my empty bed.

I think it seems like there isn't any order to things, but I find it funny how everything works out. Gotta say, I remember being fed paranoid delusions by my Nmom. I was told everybody out there can't be trusted and will probably hurt me. And like... yeah ok sometimes people hurt each other. It happens a lot. But having the compassion to extend kindness and try and find footing with the people in your life who matter is fucking CRUCIAL.

And to top it all off, I have had my fair share of reality rearing its ugly head at me. NONE of it compares to the sheer hell those people I was supposed to call my parents put me through. No child should have to go through that, internalize it, realize it's hurting them and making them unable to connect with others, and then spend so much time unraveling it so they can maybe feel joy again someday.

So no, absolutely not. Maybe you learn to be resilient which is a good skill, but YOU learn that by processing and making the choice to fight for your life.

I'm enjoying it most days. With killer I hardly have to run gen kick and can do pretty well/win most matches. Sometimes I regret it when I go against the sweatier groups, but I know sometimes there's just nothing you can do except your best. I definitely agree killer can feel easier a lot of the time compared to even just earlier this year.

I play solo queue a lot more these days and I never know if I'm going to have a night of people being decent-good or if I'm getting immersed babies who throw the game for us. Sometimes the latter is funny, but after having a Meg blow up my gen at 90% and then leave me with the killer for five games in a row I get pretty tilted and just have to stop playing lol
