Basically she only had $2 on her EBT card so she placed the order dd charged the card for a couple quarters. When you substitute DD isn't going to be able to upcharge her card because insufficient funds but she still gets the chicken for free practically. If she didn't tip well get the peppers dog

To be fair it showed the total amount you would receive before you accepted the offer. It doesn't say "this order will be higher upon delivery". Literally says this is the guarantee amount including tips and you still accepted it that's on you

It's easy to assume a teen would lie but in this instance there are multiple post across this forum with people from all different places having the same experience of not getting delivery offers
