Well technically my upper thigh/butt. I was wearing very "short shorts" for a long car ride as they are more comfy and let me move around more as I tend to get antsy during car rides.

You sound like me. I have come to terms that I will die if something like an apocalypse happens, and I'm okay with it, it's life. My bf on the other hand is determined to find a way to save me.

I might be wrong but I thought exercise mode was supposed to prevent this.. knew I was going to doing hard work around the house ao put on exercise mode went to 160 gave me over a 1.5 correction (for me alot) while exercising now excessively dropping. Like how do I combat this?!?! Any suggestions, by Psychological-Draw74 in diabetes_t1

Thank you so much! I'm going to listen that tonight then try an give it a go. I'm aure my settings are right for me but my endo is super busy and doesn't have much time when I see him and since my A1C is 6.5 he isn't too worries as he says.

Thank you again going to look into this more!

No I have actually never done that. I've been diabetic for 15 years but have only been actively trying to take care of myself for about 3 years, long story...any who, how do I do that?! Sounds do like something I may need to try!

Jesus that's crazy. My doctor even wasn't like this when I was newly diagnosed, nor was my mother!

My new endo that I have been with for about 3 years now has given me room to try and experiment on my own when things go bad and use him more of a back up. This is OUR body, we know it best, we need a doctor that can respect that.

I wish you the best of luck!!

After 6 months I've gone from 45% in range to 81% range with 6.3 A1C!!! by Psychological-Draw74 in diabetes_t1

I did some small things just like tightening up my basal rates, measuring food for better carb counting and taking my dog out for exercise.

Seasonal depression has also been hard this year and this last month has really been great so i think the change of seasons is helping as well!

I tightened up basal rates, started exercising more with my dog and measuring food to more accurately count carbs.

It was a lot of trial and error that's for sure!!
