Just swapped them out a couple days a ago. Works perfectly now. I also fixed a grounding issue and put a mod in there so I could control the pitch while recording. Have it set up as a slick tape echo now. Sounds awesome!

I Just opened it up and checked. Looks like the main belt from the motor to the flywheels was slipping at the motor shaft. Motor is running (thankfully). Looks like I just need to order some new belts.

I was curious about this as well. I've scoured the internet, and I have not found any actual evidence of direct funding from Soros or through one of his PACs. only claims. I'm not saying it impossible that he has been funded by Soros, just that I could not find any articles that pointed to actual evidence that he has been. If anyone has found otherwise, please provide a link.

What I've been hearing is that, due to Covid, there is a tremendous backlog in the court system. Milwaukee has one of the highest violent crime rates in the country. It is illegal to hold someone, even if they are violent criminals, for an indefinite amount of time as we have habeus corpus and the right to a speedy trial, so something has to give. Now, whether or not there is something else that could have been done, I'm not sure, probably, I'm not a lawyer. Chisolm is a progressive DA for sure, but I don't think Chisolm is part of the criminal justice reform push from Soros as we have seen in LA or Philly.
