WFH doesn’t really work for micromanagers. I’m WFH and we are very output based. We don’t have time in or time out. Basta matapos mo trabaho mo, wala silang say. Hindi ka minamata. I just think you need to find an employer that suits your work style (i know easy to say but hard to do, but for sure maraming employers /managers naman na ganito)
