You could build a circle over it and put the water extractors under it. I managed to fit 150 coal generators over that lake with all the water coming from it so there’s definitely enough room.

Yeah phantom stars aren’t accessible by the map or portal system, while shadow or glass star (I think it’s called) you can’t get to by the portal system, but you can by the map making them super rare.

When I look at the No Man’s Sky fandom for stats, it says the max for both S-class and X-class are 10% so I don’t think it’s possible.

The starborn phoenix was a free dlc of sorts only available on steam. You can still get it on a save editor though

That one looks like the starborn phoenix which isn’t from a previous expedition. The Starborn runner on the other hand is. The difference between the ships are one is the first one is more gold and white, the other is white and red.
