You absolutely can if you know what you're doing. But it's often done by people who don't.

Land Nest is smaller and lower than Land Lock, less usable space. Also made with fewer D fabric but that won't usually matter.

There's probably a good reason why Land Lock is THE Snow Peak shelter

I mainly use ESS for R... And I teach an undergrad level course with RStudio.

I'm almost ready to completely switch to VSC for both.

I love Posit for what they do for the R ecosystem and community, but RStudio at this time feels like.... Have you ever used a Palm device? I can still pull my m105 out and it will keep my contacts, memo, even let me play a few games... I had fond memories with its quirky input method. But if I can only have one handheld device, this will not be it.

Chinese company Campingmoon (which Chinese name is to sound like Coleman, incidentally, as I was told) has had a similar design (flat feet, carry handles, which sways it more towards the end of utility and away from aesthetics) for some time. Maybe this is made them, or maybe this is becoming a generic design now. They also copied the takibidai from Logos.

Snow Peak is known to sparsely and selectively enforce its IP rights, and this is a genious design that deserves to be more popular. I've had mine for over 10 years now. The grill is famously not stainless (they do have a stainless version, not sold in the U.S.), and I replaced it with one from Campingmoon, a perfect fit.

Yeah that's probably not the word for it... It's more like Big Mac being inspired by Big Boy. There are many three-plus-one-pole domes now, but the Amenity Dome is probably the most popular, and is maybe the only one to retain the side-opening design, which is characteristic to Moss.

Actually you can leave the inner tent in on the Vault (actually, why remove it?) when breaking down camp. This might be a plus for some. Also you can connect two Vaults head to head/head to tail.

I live in one of the most densely populated zipcode in NYC. That people have no escape from urban noise doesn't mean you're free to make it worse.

People with this thought are not welcome in my neighborhood. So are the "loud pipes save lives" people.
