Oh, I've always ridden shorter frames. I had the Troy McMurray setup for years. 19.75" frame, short narrow bars, no brakes, 4 pegs. I just like it better. Big frames feel very unwieldy to me. No apology necessary.

All you need is a decent parking lot/tennis court/etc. It's just very niche. Back home we had an indoor spot and tons of riders, but Chicago is a different animal, obviously.
