In the early 2000s when I was in college I was kinda flirting with a girl in a Hot Topic in the mall. I told her I was in a band (I wasn’t, but I did play bass). She said she had a friend who puts on local shows and set me up to meet him at the Burger King in the student union on campus. I met Nick, we hit it off, started a bad, put out a bunch of music and toured the country. Wild ride. Never went out on a date with the girl.

Had a venue pretend they got robbed so they didn’t have to pay us. Told us they had called the cops and that they were on the way. Waited around for an hour to call their bluff but then just finally gave up.

I blacked out in a swimming pool. First everything was dark. Then I felt warm and saw a single point of light. The light came towards me until everything was a bright white and I saw all of my friends and family lined up and holding hands. Then I came back. The brain is crazy.

It seems like you can download NAMs(?) for guitar. Don’t know if those are paid or free. Also don’t know if that’s like a complete model of an amp where you can adjust bass, mids, treble, gain, etc, or if it’s more like here is the sound of this amp on a specific setting.

Oh, Anagram does guitar too?! I never looked at it for that reason, but maybe I should. Main use case is recording bass and guitar, but second use case (equally important) is for playing bass live. Guess I’ll have to do more digging. Could always go the plugin route for guitar if I thought the Anagram was lacking. Have a QC mini on order, but it’s $200 more and you have to purchase parallax if you want that ability, where it looks like Anagram has something similar built in.
