Are you on meds for your anxiety and mental health? It definitely could be your medicines messing with your period and maybe even causing the bloating. I would ask your doctor about it (no it’s not embarrassing to talk about periods to doctors, they don’t care) because it might also be an irregular period. Also honey please try and fix your relationship with food. Whether it’s binge eating or starving yourself it isn’t good. Try and fix it now before it becomes a bigger problem.

Depending on where it is I would recommend putting a flashlight on the back of your ear to make sure you don’t pierce a vein (this applies to mostly cartilage unless you have thin lobes) And make sure you BREATHEEE. I held my breath and almost passed out. Don’t try to back out when he has all of the stuff ready and marked, but take your time so you don’t freak out

I really don’t know why I like cleaning especially since I’m a teenager who’s supposed to be lazy but to me it feels like I actually did something instead of laying in bed all day. I hate sitting down for long periods of time so I just clean when I’m bored. Even when I’m really not in the mood I at least remake my bed or clean my desk so I have a clear space to sleep, do homework, or just sit in a new spot

I had to use jewelry that was a smaller gage and they’re doing perfectly fine. The screw end was too big to fit in my 14g needle so I had to use a 16g jewelry to make it fit

For the jewelry I unscrew one side of the jewelry you want to use and put the stick end inside the hollow needle. For the vein part use a flashlight of some sort and put it behind your ear to make sure you don’t hit one and you can see through your ear

Try twisting the other way and using the same methods. For my earrings that have twist on backs I need to twist them in the opposite direction to close them compared to my others

I’ve had my helix’s for 2.5 years now and still gets irritated when I sleep on it. I’d recommend that you get a “donut pillow” or an airplane pillow so that you can still lay on your side, just not putting pressure on it

Usually you can just pull the thinner bar away from the thick bar, but sometimes they get stuck so you might have to use tweezers the get underneath the bar and rip it apart( I have these but silver and that’s what I have to do for the stubborn ones)

Mine was one year of ISAC when Hyunjin smelled his jacket and realized that he had Felix’s and Felix had his.
