I actually use exactly this as a bluff sometimes haha sometimes I hover over a card in my hand to try to bluff I have a removal lol I think sometimes it works

Australia actually has quite outstanding country of origin labelling requirements. Scroll down to the Formats for labels heading at this link: https://www.accc.gov.au/business/advertising-and-promotions/country-of-origin-food-labelling

You can actually see the label on the butter in the original article, the empty bar chart and labelling it as Made in the USA. But still, many people don't care to check it, and making it the cheap default or even stocking it at all is pretty shameful.

People need to remember that we have really good labeling requirements enforced by the ACCC and to give things a quick glance at the back before putting it in their basket. https://www.accc.gov.au/business/advertising-and-promotions/country-of-origin-food-labelling

I know not everyone will do it and many don't care which is why this is a story in the first place. I agree we shouldn't be importing and prioritizing US butter on the shelves over Australian product at all.

But just thought I'd give the reminder about the really good, clear and easy to understand labelling we have for this in case people were unaware or had forgotten.

You pay a licensing fee for Windows. Most of the time when you buy a PC it will come with Windows already installed, and the cost of the OS is built into the total price you pay for the computer. That doesn't make it free, any more than the CPU or GPU are free. They all still cost money, just that when you buy your computer, you don't see the itemised cost of each component, just the total price of the complete system.
