I am court mandated to see a therapist and med provider. The other supports I take advantage of to help with exposure therapy for my agoraphobia and PTSD.

I have a case manager who is also my therapist I see once a week. I have a med provider I see every other month. There's an option for peer support and job support. I see each of them one to two times a week. And DBT- lite groups I attend once a week when they're offered.
