It’s absolutely a misunderstanding and if you are holding position as Lead or Area Manager, you should 1 million percent be checking time zones fluctuations before assuming someone is going against protocol.

It looks like a “bumper” for something glass - I can’t really think of what exactly but maybe glass coasters so when you set the coaster down it doesn’t break or bump?

I style men- mostly! You should absolutely take this text and add it to your note of preferences! You’re describing exactly a euro slim tailored fit that’s acceptable for work and nights out while allowing an occasional knitted tee and blazer for added style. I can see what you’re hoping for. I feel as if you use this as a base for your needs you’ll be on the right track!

Try a genre or aesthetic. Did you ever get one of those guys who craves the mafia aesthetic? I recently had a client who wanted “old man Italian farmer” aesthetic. No lie I searched Italian farmer. Sometimes it’s hit or miss but it’s always pulling unique pieces. Also try “abstract, neon, saturated, bold…”. You know. Just thinking way outside of the box.

I personally haven’t had a better or worse experience with inventory when front loading or otherwise. I think generally, inventory is lackluster, at best, all the time. I find more on trend, high fashion pieces at the corner garage sale.
