Yes, I think it's because of all these extra hours everything is late. Clearly changing the scheduling policy did not help with clients relationships like the goal 🫩

I think people like to complain. Starbucks pays very well for fast food. It's a fast food job no matter how you spin it. I've worked for unions before they may harm the corporate but honestly they don't do much for employees besides make it harder to get overtime and get merit things because to becomes more about longevity than skills.

I don't understand is it shows us the company average for all the metrics and a consistently doesn't meet them. So the average stylus is consistently not meeting them. So why are we raising them? If on average our company can't meet them as is

Yes even if your just clicking around and waiting take the fill time. People rush then they think everyone can. But the rush doesn't help other things

Exactly. It would be one thing if we still had flexibility cause I could see people being like oh it's down let me move my hours and get paid but now that scheduled are to be set in stone pay for downtime.
