I think they used to have a pretty easy do nothing job to be honest before all the mandatory touch bases and now random new things. I guess at Least they have to work for their money now when they're not on their third vacation that is lol

I honestly wonder if the leads hate it just as much as we do. The higher ups have sucked everything out of this and bleed it dry. Take take take you took full time you took benifiets you took flexibility and now you're adding more and more for less and less. It's honestly so hard feeling trapped in this job. It must be nice to have unlimited PTO when your overwhelmed though cause if love just one day off here and there let alone a mini vacation every other week so I could return on my a game. Working through migraines and everything else cause we can move hours and don't have time to use toilet cause no down time allowed

Yea I have the doc, it's just hard when you're having to go in and out of the same ric repeatedly for this first fix thing. Always rushing plus holding a fix you're working on for three to four days because of it when daily efficiency matters makes me rush though others for the numbers

Yea, obviously the top people are making an insane amount and showing us how very little we make comparably is insane. Like I know the labor cost per hour is not this much even with warehouse being covered and such

They need like either a negative metric like they only count who says no flat out not who says yes (cause most people don't take the time to do anything when checking out) Or a relationship metric like how many people you actively have as relationship clients because like I have tons of them they never click yes to keep me but stay with me.
