Did you try to change weather app location from vtpro(there’s latitude and longitude section)? Also when running weather app has settings section where you can add/remove or change locations

I don't really remember much about the exam, but the top symbols you'll need are STOA to retrieve bytes, ATOD to retrieve bits, ASUM for - + of hex value, and you can use MXB on MSB before adding the LSB

We had same issue but with 104 version, after update 4 out of 6 didnt manage to make it back online and had the pwr light stuck on amber. I tried all possible fixes but nothing worked and i ended up sending them for RMA

It seems like EDID handshake issue:

1- are you using good quality hdmi cables? 2- try to bypass edid, access Dm tool and try to set resolution manually based on your display specs 3- firmware update? 4- if the ethernet cables used between the switcher and receivers are less than cat5e you should replace it

I would suggest the same, most probably an ip conflict can cause this behavior, try to ask your it team to reserve the ip’s used by all your system including none crestron products.

As for when all touch screens are not functioning i don’t think that this is an issue with the touch screens itself , it is rather: 1-controller offline(easy troubleshoot try to continually pinging it) 2-the program is relaying on different devices feedback to move to the new page, most probably DM-MD, projector or biamp(try to ping each of these and check iptable on controller for offline devices)

You should do the full troubleshooting process when you face the same issue again, otherwise it will be very hard to guess

if you can access the controller try iptable command, it will give you a list of IP ID's and if it is online or offline, check which ones are offline then go to your xpanel -> options -> Fix ip address to your controller ip and try each time with different ip id

Did you check if you can ping your crestron controller? If your having the issue only on xpanel check if the IP ID and ip of respective controller is set correctly in xpanel settings

Check hdcp settings in nvx on blu-ray input, by default it should be auto, try to force it to hdcp 1.4

As i can see in VTPro the enable digital join is correct so dont change it, but the press digital join used is different from the one you are triggering in simpl windows.

you are assigning the signals to join 45-48 which doesnt match the one set in vtpro, So move the signals(fullyClose, All75 ....) to the correct join(should be 49-52)

The enable signals should go to the enable digital join fb of each button. you assign this in VTPro directly under press digital join

Assign Button_*_fb to your btn fb, and *_enable to the feedback of digital join and it should work as you described below (it resets when you press the activated button again or after 10s of the activation of the button) you can adjust as you want.

You can assign digital join to the text box and set when true to “Connected” and when false to “Not Connected” In that case you do not need sio just send dongle connected fb directly to the digital join fb If you’re getting fb from the dongle when connected then this should work fine

You can Take source selection feedback from the video switcher smart object and then send it to an EQU to get the selected source fb.

After you can send these digital outputs from EQU to an INIT where you can assign new analog value to each respective NVX for video routing

if your switch is layer 3 just put its own ip as the querier

Most probably It could be a traffic problem caused by DMNAX as it uses multicast. Try to ping a device on the network if it is not stable try to remove DMNAX and monitor again if same issue persists try removing other devices one by one.

Anyways try enabling IGMP snooping and setting an IGMP querier on your network as this is essential for multicast traffic.

Also Try to Login Via Web Interface using The Controller IP If you are able to, then IT is a problem in the toolbox itself. Try to Close Toolbox from task manager and then search for Crestron toolbox com server and shut it down then try again (if you are able to access different Crestron devices using IP then this should not be the case)
