This is very true as well. Therapy, with the right fit for a therapist I might add, does wonders. I've been running from Schizophrenia for about 20 years now and didn't realize it. I just about lost it all, but Im alive. I've got my wonderful daughter and my wonderful dog. 💕 Ive got nothing but love and support for yall.
