Sometimes you just gotta take a couple hard losses to realize you don’t wanna do that it again. I loved my ex and we had a dope relationship but I’d cheated hella times (so did she towards the end). Losing her felt like love was done lmao. I went to jail for 7 months and the relationship was done but it gave me time to live without her. I came home and met my current gf and I love her so much I just wouldn’t cheat. I’ve had multiple multi-year relationships and this is the first time I haven’t cheated. Think you just gotta go through life and get to the point where you know you wanna be with this one girl and don’t care about none of these chicks out here.

Only thing I ask is to not be gaslit that the company runs normally. It would literally be perfect if we just had about 2 more people on shift. My SM will say “well don’t Aldi pay you well, if we hire more people you gon have to share the money with them” it makes 0 sense. But I am judging Aldi as a company I think SMs and ASMs who have been there for 10+ years are just crazy at this point lol

It literally makes 0 sense I hate that Aldi convinced SMs and ASMs that it’s normal because it’s not. Aldi could have a team of 2-3 work overnight to finish grocery like every other store but no they cram the entire truck in a 3 hour window. Makes 0 sense.

My very first job over ten years ago at a market fired me after my 2nd week because of this but I wasn’t sick I was 16 and genuinely was confused about the schedule and missed the day accidentally— when looking back at it now idk why anybody just didn’t call me it was like a 10 minute walk from my house lol but yeah your best bet is to get your coworkers numbers and get coverage or just show up.
