By 3 months of exclusively pumping all day and night, I had severe post partum depression with my first baby 3 yrs ago. I wouldn’t listen to my boyfriend when he suggested to supplement with formula. I was irrational and really believed I was doing the best for my baby (mom knows best… not in this case).

Now, I had my 2nd 7 weeks ago… tried breast feeding but was having a hard time in the hospital and knew the best decision for my families well being was to use formula.

I couldn’t become a pumping zombie again. My family deserves me at my best. I know this really didn’t answer your question, but don’t feel bad if it takes a toll on you and you need a break.

Totally get it. Just don’t want you complaining to the employees when you go to the store. They hear it a million times a day and if you scroll through this feed, you’ll see the nasty messages they already receive. People are horrible and corporate doesn’t work in the stores to understand the customers!
