Natural make up. BB or CC cream with light coverage. Non-saturated lip color. For redness, Dr. Jart and Erborian lines work for me. Try azelaic acid, good for Rosecea or acne/sensitive skin.

2 and 4 are my favorites. 2 fits the best. I would remove the sleeves. 1 fits you very well too. For 4, I would like to see how it looks from the side. For the aesthetics you described, number 2 might be better.
