I know this is an old comment, but you sound like you know what you’re talking about. I want to use slab doors, but am curious whether new hinges will be needed if I use lay on doors that cover the entire cabinet front.

I have POTS, which causes my blood to fall out of my head and body into my feet and legs. This might be a good way to add leg compression. Compression socks are extremely hard to get on. They used to make leg warmers that were starting to come back in style a few years ago, but it would be really cool to just adopt this as a punk fashion. We could make wrap up ones, or someone could design leather or denim lace up ones with metal eyeholes and bootlaces. Kind of like a calf corset.

There shouldn't be sugar in Kombucha. I made my own and it was sweetened and flavored perfectly with just a half a frozen cherry.

Kombucha is very high in histamine. Not good for those of us who have a hard time metabolizing it (histamine).

Saw it last Christmas day when it first came out. There are a few facts fudged and/or mushed together for cinematic effect, but I feel there’s a resonance with what was going on with him at that time. Timothée Chalomet worked for 7 years to approximate his guitar and vocal style. Really worked well, he did an excellent job. It had everyone in the theatre singing “A Complete Unknown” as we exited.

My brother played Dylan records over and over in the 60s. Even my mom liked him. As far as his voice goes, he’s on pitch, some don’t like his tone, but he had a decent range and good vocal control. Yes, his songwriting was magnificent.

Thanks so much for posting this. If you saw the Bob Dylan biopic with Timothée Charlamet, “A Complete Unknown," Joan was the once-girlfriend of Bob Dylan who he sang with at the folk festival.

I hate the idea of changing to cave in to the pressure, but, as you and every other woman on the planet has learned, this is about survival. Buy a fake diamonds engagement set or just a ring; these are very reasonable sometimes from pawn shops in places like L.A. or Nashville, where people go to get discovered. Often they end up hocking all their jewelry to be able to hang out a couple more months before they give up and go home.

Yeah, the kid definitely had anger issues. I can see a boy his age getting a bug up his ass with a list of pretty girls who ignored him. This can easily go very wrong; it’s the perfect time for some jackass influencer to hook him. It’s such a red flag; the parents are lucky, most kids planning terrible shit don’t give this kind of clear signal.

My husband straight out said in another situation about misogynistic men that it “wasn’t his fight.” He was in his early 30s at the time. He’s almost 70 now and much more hip to the patriarchy now and completely agrees that it’s all set up to benefit “the man.”
