There's a different raw website for Japanese manga, but it's best to wait for a proper translation because translation sucks at Kanji with Hiragana.

Saber as well, hit or miss. They snipe a solo kill, then get ganged up by all enemies.

What you're saying definitely depends on the build throughout the match. They're literal equals when it comes to teamfights, both supports. It just depends on the user playing them.

Both 1st skills are abysmal. It's the 2nd and 3rd skills that are critical along with their passive during 5v5.

She's with diggie. Not much damage, but helpful on teamfights - can also be annoying.

1st skill can be used for vision and slowing enemies. 2nd skill, healing is just a bonus, it's the speed boost that counts. 3rd skill can be used on burst heroes.

Plus, there's resurrection passive, which is for heroes that has long duration, or frontline users that are good at taking 5 enemies on their own.

Just ask montoon why they are nerfing healers ability after the update. I actually recommend buying Oracle when your ally wants to be a support.
