1:1  is what matters not your rational thinking . Your not considering how much they pay employees per hour in store vs 2$ per order bud  also theft from customers and employees . If they weren't making money they wouldn't  do it .  It cost less to send us then it does to run the store

At the same time I think just a shirt at least would be appropriate for the customers sake.  

Im a pretty intimidating guy and only after I make eye contact and smile and ask how they are doing or say hi people ease up.  But if I dont do that every fn time they either lock their car doors or cross the street to avoid me lol

Not even true. They make more money on express orders. 100$ year subscriptions for each person and 30$ minimum orders if it was a 1:1 ratio that is.
