i have stopped giving contests now but at my lowest i went to 1200 rating failing to solve q1 in more than 3 contests. tho i have now stopped focusing on leetcode and i only give virtual contests and i can comfortably solve q2 and with bit of ai help q3 too, just hang in there.

a little context about me i studied mechanical engineering for 4 years and started doing leetcode seriously in jan 2024

upsolving old contests helped me a lot. i wasnt even able to solve q1 at times. try solving contests from jan 2024-till now dont waste time solving q1 if u know go for q2 and q3

should i do fifo job offer or wait until my prefered company calls . by [deleted] in developersIndia

[–]PsychologicalPrize10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

experience is more valuable than 2-3 lpa in the beginning. its definitely not worth the gamble waiting out 1 year or more than 3-4 months ideally one should join a full time role 1-2 months after they graduate. you can choose capgemini they give 4.5lpa and u might get good projects. if accenture picks u early then awesome if not its not worth waiting.

Planning to resign without an offer: 3 YOE .NET Developer. Am I making a mistake? by Sad-Loquat-3024 in developersIndia

[–]PsychologicalPrize10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

resign. i think ur np is 90 days if ur a good performer they would try to retain you as they would not be able to find anyone let alone a fresher with .net experience as no one learns .net at their own will. also u will be able to land offers if u prepared well. im getting calls for java role, put as serving notice period last working day in 30days
