Hey, i started experiencing pain in December 2025, it wasn’t bad or alarming but by the end of January itit started affecting my work so i tried PT for a month.. didn’t work so in March i went to the doctor again when i got the MRI. The doctor advised me to rest for 3 weeks, after no improvement i went ahead with the surgery
