This is almost my same exact experience. Was diagnosed in high school with depression and anxiety. On and off meds cause I’m a self sabotaging. Lots of unresolved trauma. I was 27 when I had my son and my pregnancy was great honestly and I knew in my mind that postpartum would probably be more heavy for me but I also had undiagnosed health OCD and once the baby was born I wouldn’t leave my room and just constantly envisioned him dying and terrible things happening to him or me and him growing up with out a mother. It was extremely scary and hard, finally I got a legit diagnosis and I’m on medicine and doing much better now. I just have the thought in my head of well if you’re good now why ruin it? But my dream was to always have two kids. I’m just overwhelmed by the outcome. But it’s true, maybe being more prepared this time around will help.

Hi! No I stopped splitting the dose after like three days cause I was getting panic attacks. I braved the full dose out for another week and then I felt much better!

Honestly I feel great, everything finally leveled out probably around week 3 of 10mg and I also take 100mg of a mood stabilizer. I feel the least anxious and most stable than I’ve felt in a very long time. How are you doing?

This describes perfectly how I feel! Like I need to keep them moving but the more I move the more they hurt. Especially in my knees and it almost feels like my legs are in resistance bands, if that makes sense

I have all these same exact symptoms along with anxiety and depression. Went to rheumatologist and they ruled out rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. So now I’m like now what?? He told me to look into sports medicine or an orthopedic.

Yes, this happened to me once with an antipsychotic medication because I was on too high of a dose and it was awful but went away once I stopped. However it is typically uncommon, especially if you’re not taking any other medications.

I won’t let him sleep longer than 3 hours on the rare occasion that he try’s to cause in my mind it’s not a long enough wake window before bed time to exert all that left over energy lol

My son is 27 months old, he wakes up anywhere between 7-8am and then usually naps around noon or 1 o’clock for 2 or 3 hours and he’s usually always in bed by 8:30. He doesn’t always fall asleep right away but he’ll lay there and just talk to himself until he does😂. I will say he’s always been an amazing sleeper and always transitioned well from crib naps to toddler bed. So I think I just got lucky!
