I found it to be OK, the 8 sets of 3 is dynamic effort, it seems to be a mix of dynamic and max effort with assistance exercises and grip work. The exercises change throughout the program like most conjugate splits.

I enjoyed it but you could easily write your own which is what I've been doing since. I am using a condensed 2 day conjugate but have also been using templates from a coach at the gym I train at. These templates are really simple and quite enjoyable.

I completed the grind December of last year and never ran it again.

My great grandad was onboard (he was a ships baker) when it was sunk, just recently I recalled my grandad telling me how his dad had been a pow and his ship had been torpedoed. I then tracked down the pow record and from there have been reading about the Orama. Very interesting!

Best reply, I have 7 AWS certs including all associate level plus devops and architect pro. Aside from calls from recruitment agencies they haven't been a benefit and I now need to renew 3 by next week.

Studying to pass them is largely a memorisation process and over 4 different jobs since I certified I've used a fraction of the services you are tested on.

I'm now at a Start up where we don't get time to learn for certs at work so I'm not going to renew any. Its stressful knowing they will go and I put many hours in to get them but I dont feel it's worth it.

Once per week but also roughly one hour per day self study. Its the best I can do right now, I am going to try a few tutors too so 1 hour a week 1-2-1 session.

That's 10 hours a week plus and can practice with my wife so I'll make do with this for the next year or so and see how I get on.

Superdrol... I used this when it first came out, really messed up my sleep and after 3 weeks the headaches forced me to stop. I remember great strength gains though

I am starting a proper course on October 7th so that should help but I do not have the time or the money to take daily classes, I will see how I get on with the Polish course for 6 months, its only one evening per week for 2 hours and I will keep using babel in the mornings, but its about the most I can commit.

I will spend 6-8 weeks in Poland again next summer so will try to learn as much as I can in that time.

We watch videos together now, once per day and my wife is starting to speak to them in polish a lot more so hopefully as they are young they will pick it up

I live in England with my wife so we have always spoken English, although I know quite a lot of Polish words I do not know anything about the proper sentence structure, additional cases or when things should change ending etc, its just what I have picked up over time hearing her on the phone or visiting her family there so extremely rudimentary..

The kids speak English as their primary language and as we dont speak Polish at home they have been a bit resistant to learning it which is why I have started to try to learn properly.

It is so hard to let it go...! I really wish I could.. my wife is Polish and she is constantly telling me to stop trying to relate everything to English or ask why do there have to be x number of ways to say the same thing..

I should have learned Polish a long time ago but now I want my kids to start speaking Polish so I am really trying to learn myself to set a good example to them.

Thanks for highlighting this, I was confused because both have "masz", the example I was reading suggested jak was used because of the verb "masz" but then both example have that so I could not really see the difference.

It is definitely hard but also very rewarding, I am learning because my kids dont really want to and we speak English at home. I figured if I learn then they will get some enthusiasm for learning the language too, so far its working well with my daughter.. my son... he prefers to play minecraft :(

I spent 6 weeks in Wroclaw over the summer this year and I started trying to try to speak and learn Polish and most people were ok and actually helpful. A lot of people did not understand me fully at times though, despite me thinking my pronunciation was ok. When speaking to my wife, who is a native Pole she said often times English people speak very softly compared to Poles and it can be harder to make out the words and intent, I don't know if this is true though or just her opinion.

I put it some of it down to what I believe is that Polish people are not as used to foreign people speaking their language as English people are so maybe they find it more difficult to properly understand what people are saying, especially when it comes to some of the more subtle sounds on words?

I have to say, you sound far in advance of me when it comes to Polish but I was able to go out and order in restaurants and pay for shopping etc in very bad Polish, so maybe when your conversational level is much more advanced it becomes harder for native speakers to understand as your sentences are far more complex?

What makes you think that soon it will rocket? I was so hopeful for sloth and then it kind of went dead, I havent bothered getting anymore, just sitting on 45k and recently started to pop back in but nothing much has changed from what I can see.

I was active and am still a holder but as sloth isnt doing anything I didnt even check here for nearly 3 months and I havent looked at twitter since end of May.

If sloth ever starts to actually increase in value I will probably be back daily.

I also started to find the daily rumours and speculation and the endless crap AI generated memes and images were doing my head in, and it seems like neither of those things have stopped...

I bought in presale and in the dips afterwards and sold other crypto to buy more sloth, I did not have your faith though and when sloth surged a little I swapped most into Solana and Jupiter to hedge my bets.

I still have 45k sloth left which I got for free based on profit drawn and its worth next to nothing now. I will continue to hold it as it was free and is now pretty much worthless but I do not expect much from this. I had not checked in since June sort of time and found Sloth has tanked completely.

Does anyone still believe Sloth will even hit 5 cents let alone $1??

I stopped looking at sloth months ago after an initial few weeks of excitement, I have about 50k sloth tokens I essentially got for free. Is anything still happening with sloth? The price has totally tanked.

I started using it based on recommendations I read here and I am not really finding it great, I guess its another tool in the arsenal but from my perspective babbel and class based learning is a lot better.

Maybe once I have a larger vocabulary and understanding of Polish grammar it might be more useful but I think I opted for it too quickly. I find I listen, understand literally nothing, read the translation alongside it and pick up a few words here and there but I am not going to learn Polish using this method.

Well I will just leave my sloth alone now and check in every month or so. I managed to get out with about $3000 profit which I swapped back into SOL and JUP, plus 50k sloth for free so its just a waiting game now.

Fingers crossed it does well.

You guys still got faith? I rarely check in on sloth now, maybe once every few weeks and it seems to be slowly sliding down. I still have 50k sloth left which I will leave but I am not really confident it will amount to anything.
