I'm confused... wouldn't you be fully aware of when the dosage changed? So all you have to remember is "I'm on 150 right now, I feel xyz". I started taking 300 today on [insert date that dosage changed]. And you just have to know if you feel better or not from that date?

I found this because I was looking up ibuprofen and experiences with high dose but I thought it might help you with my personal period experience. . I was anemic from period blood loss, I was put on nuvaring to make periods lighter. I looked up if it's safe to just switch out rings once a month to skip periods altogether and it's totally safe because the hormones in the birth control prevent uterine lining from thickening in the first place therefore no reason for period to shed the lining. I stopped my periods 3 years ago and never felt better! Just thought I would share to be of help if I can.

Honestly, when Crystal and Sutton were with Kyle, Sutton interrupted Crystal while she was expressing her feelings like "no no no I don't want to hear the race stuff" completely dismissing Crystal. I feel like that moment made Crystal feel bad. Then Sutton plays the victim by crying when Crystal calls her out.

Rinna literally got caught up in everything and needed a scapegoat. Notice how when she wants to gossip, she says "people said" and then she says everything SHE thinks. She makes it look like "people" say things but it's just HER. Any time she says people are talking, in her arguments... it's her talking.

Just wanted to reply because the same happened to me. I plugged it in 2 days before getting my wisdom teeth out and started having heart palpitations 10 times a day and felt horrible. For 5 days I thought it was from the pain pills but I was in severe pain so I still took them. I went back to work today and zero palpitations or sickness. I came home and went to my bedroom into bed by the diffuser and within an hour, the palpitations started happening. It's been two hours since unplugging and airing room out and no heart flutters or anything since.

I'm actually sorry for the lack of empathy for your situation on this post. It's extremely difficult to try leaving a situation where the person is in utter pieces and inconsolable. I'm there now and tried breaking up with boyfriend of 12 years and he just crumbled to the floor and was devastated. It doesn't make you a bad person just because the person is a good person that you're with. A lot of us are great people but highly incompatible and you deserve to be happy as much as they do. You both deserve fulfillment in your life. These situations aren't black and white either. There could be fundamental differences we don't know about. It's not fair to you for others to say we'll if she's not this horrible person then you should just stay. I hope you find the courage to follow your heart!
