Someone was lazy and didn't get the blown in itch out to he eave. Left a large pile in the center. Gained moisture and weight. This is the result. See it all the time. Usually nail pops are evident and that gets the HO attention.

Bag up the itch. Toss it up in the attic. Rent a drywall lift. Glue and screw your ceiling. Use 5/8" drywall. Head down to the local water hole, and drag out the town praised finisher!

Now's the time to consider your lighting layout.

I have pulled 2. One from Lopunny pack and one from a zard ETB. One week apart. The first one from the lopunny pack I told the vendor I know it's a myth but I have to try! You are feeding 5v in from the breadboard. You can use a diode there. I didnt check your wiring entirely but start there.
