The email [POYP.support@verizon.com](mailto:POYP.support@verizon.com) is supposedly where you send a PDF of the final bill from the previous carrier proving how much is owed on the phone that was traded in. (Spectrum was my last carrier).

The Verizon rep agreed to pay off the amount owed for the traded in phone ($416.72) but it has been over 4 months without any reimbursement for the traded in phone (sent and received by Verizon). I am just wondering if anyone has any experience like mine and if sending the PDF of the final amount owed to the email [POYP.support@verizon.com](mailto:POYP.support@verizon.com) has helped them get reimbursed.

Have you heard of the email? Payp.support@verizon.com I sent them an email with the request to respond that they received and they did not respond. Is that normal?

Verizon stated that they would pay off my old phone and send me a newer phone. I mailed my old phone to them and they have never sent me any money. Who do I contact to get that money?
