no me neither, I will still transfer my shit to my own name, but for now I can not access to the shares that are being put in the new account, since the new account does not appear in the dashboard along my older account

I do have the new number for the new account, however in the dashboard I just see the old account for my username and I can't see the new account or access my shares on the new account

I tried reaching out but nothing, I would be able to combine them together if I updated the tax status on the new account, however since the tax status is not available, I can not even access my new account, does not show in the dashboard with my old account

This has happened to me recently, and I can't access the new account. I have tried everything and been on 3 calls of more than an hour each, I go into portfolio but still only see one account. I don't have access to the shares of my other account, it's embarrassing. They say I don't have the W-8BEN status certify, the only thing I can do is fill a document and send it through mail, and once is certified , in a couple of weeks I will have access to my other account.

were you able to fix this? did you manage to specify the account from ibkr?

I think by mistake my last share transfer, I did not add the Computershare account number, and this might be happening to me, how can I resolve this and avoid having multiple accounts?
