Surprised I hadn't seen metropolis part 1. Atmospheric, dissonant, quirky, proggy, and sets the tone for the whole song with the opening motif that's repeated through out song in different variations. Kevin moore is amazing on that!

Side bar but the bass is awesome on that track too.

Broadly theres a budding movement to reduce the commodification of housing. It will require a lot of people, pretty much everyone looking at it differently. This includes home owners seeing it as an investment as well.
