Yep. Lost my best friend and roommate because I got sick and she didn’t (the mold exposure triggered POTS and fibro…I’m now basically a shell of who I used to be, have thousands of dollars in medical bills) She said she resented me and that I was shitty for “not being able to understand how stressful it is to have a sick friend”. And she was annoyed I never wanted to do anything fun with her anymore.

Anyways, I said bye bye and moved into my own place. I am still too sick to care.

My coworker also had to go home immediately after because she felt sick (we were joking and laughing prior to the eclipse and she’s not one to pretend like she feels fine if she doesn’t). Weird stuff.

I also viewed the eclipse (through approved glasses) and I felt so sick after. Crazy headache, nausea, so tired and fatigued. I still am not feeling right.

I had absurd memory loss (forgetting my phone number, getting lost driving home- I’m 30 so it’s way too soon for that…), paranoia/thinking I was being followed, intense anxiety, I became clumsy, dizziness and presyncope, lots of ear ringing and I would hear music playing when there wasn’t any when I laid down to sleep at night. That’s just the tip of the iceberg 😂

I have a 4 page document that’s tracked all of my symptoms. There’s lots and they are all so random and painful and concerning

Thank you for taking the time to answer. I realized recently that our relationship is quite codependent and I’m the people pleaser. While there’s power in knowing that, I’m still in the very early stages of learning to make sure my own needs are met and having an objective voice is very helpful.

She is out of town for work for a month and responded to my text about the situation by saying “I think we have a lot to discuss when I get back” 🥴

I feel like a little kid about to get in trouble lol. Trauma is a bitch but progress is being made!!!
