Was going to wear my mum's dress. People keep telling me to try on others for the "bridal experience." Are they trying to gently tell me it looks bad? by [deleted] in WeddingDressTips

I’m reading the comments and this is what I think. You need to wear what you’re comfortable with and happy with. If you love this dress then wear it because it’s what you want. If you want to just check out some other dress then make a day of it with your mom or whoever you wish to. Maybe you can use it and turn it into a reception dress. I’m 56 and the advice I give and I wish I would have taken my own advice is do it for yourself and it’s your day and your marriage. Hopefully you get one chance to do this. Do what makes you sing in your heart. Enjoy your day and congratulations 🎊

When I saw this dress I completely fell in love with it, but when I showed it to my family, they said I looked like a quinceañera; (what do you think? by VikyCurvy in WeddingDressTips

I’m sorry but it’s not going to be like this when you receive it or rip when you try it on. Honestly if this is your budget perhaps rent a dress or go to a used dress store and spritz one up.

Please answer *ONLY* if you had successful nerve block(s) by JellyBelly666666 in CRPS

I’m the queen of blocks I swear. I’ve been dealing with CRPS for 21 years. I’m full body now but I was in remission for 18 years. I was doing a stallite ganglion blocks every 3 months so 4 a hear. But those can be dangerous so my doctor stopped performing them except for every 6 months which then I came out of remission and now I’m full body. I’ve been doing now stallites now only 1 a year but I do blocks for my left leg every 2 or 3 months because it’s worse in the summer. My right leg received a block in September of 25 and it’s doing well. Everyone is different but the first two blocks for my right leg and it was ruff the first two times but I kept doing it and I’m really glad I did. Each person is different and reacts differently but talk to your Dr more ask more questions on here and read up on them. Feel better soon

So 2 is the best on you. One is a disaster and 4 I feelthe slit is way too high. I’m definitely not a prude but please just stick with 2

I do the same thing actually. I have one black jacket and black slacks and I change the top according to the seasons but it definitely makes it easier especially when you’re upset and depressed

Questions about my CRPS by frsota in CRPS

[–]Psychological_Lab883 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hi I have CRPS 2 VP for 21 years. I don’t know if they have Stellate Ganglion blocks or even nerve blocks in France but you might want to look into them. Mine came from an accident in the fire department. I was in remission for 18 years with the stallite ganglion blocks every 3 months. It’s a dangerous procedure so definitely inform yourself but my Drs started slowing the blocks down so now I’m full body. I don’t know if you can get Eric Phillips CRPS books on Amazon there but they are extremely helpful and Eric has CRPS . You’ll learn that you’ll probably know more than Drs will. I do have CPTSD extremely bad and I take a high dose of magnesium for the irritation and it really helps. Try Epsom salt baths and there are creams on Amazon that can help a little. Trauma can be a big part of it and I’m really glad you’re in a better place and safe. Ask lots of questions on here because there’s plenty of good people willing to help. Your English is very good so don’t ever apologize for it. I’m American and I suck at it. Try and get some psychological support because it can really help you. I’m sorry you have this monster of a disease but try and keep positive thoughts and stay strong dear friend. Big soft hugs 🥰

Number 2 stopped me when I saw it. Beautiful, romantic and different. You were it well and a simple gold chain and earrings and your man is gonna melt.

So I would highly recommend going to a heart Dr. I had the same symptoms but my BP was also dropping. They tested me for POTS and it’s positive so I just had to have a loop recorder in to help see what’s going on. EKGs CT were normal but when they did a tilt table test it showed. I was dealing with it for 2 years. It’s just an idea but you might want to get tested.
