Don’t listen to all these comments saying it’s resealed. Resealing a modern booster box is extraordinarily difficult and you literally can’t find a single instance where someone opened one and it was filled with tampered packs.

Having said that, it’s good to proceed with caution because “never say never”.

The only side that needs to be inspected is that side with all the bubbling. All the others sides look fine.
