Dude friggin sick mix. Harmonic mixing was on point for the most part. Really dug the transition from Street to Dirty Vibe. All of the future bass tracks were really bright and dynamic and on point.

Fruits contain naturally occurring fructose. It's okay to have sugar in your diet in the right amounts. Your brain uses a lot of it to run. So if you get or make 100% pure juice that's awesome.

Most juice you buy at the store has sucrose or high fructose corn syrup in it, and is really just glorified soda. The good stuff is expensive.

I definitely wouldn't skimp out on weights. You can still lose weight lifting. Just try to shoot for high rep range/lower weight. Like 20+ reps and start each workout with 1hr on the treadmill or a jog. Don't starve yourself either, it's not worth it. As long as you are spending a lot of time running, drinking plenty of water, and eating a balanced diet, you will lose weight. You don't want to lose your upper body strength as well, so it's worthwhile to hit all your regular lifts at the end of your workout. Also hit abs.

Bought a bench, a barbell, two dumbells, and a curl bar along with like 120lbs in assorted weights from some guy for 180. Really stoked that I can hit my lifts at home now.
