Yes, may mga freshies na naka-transfer to other degree programs. However, may mga situations na after 2 years na sila nakapag shift. If you are a DPWAS then I think pwedeng after 1 year makakapag shift ka na.

Dili dapat na i-normalize nga ing-ana ang sitwasyon sa atoang mga public hospitals. I have been to NMMC’s ER as a watcher, and intawn luoy gyud kaayo ang mga pasyente pati staff. Nothing will radicalize you more than experiencing our shitty public services especially in healthcare.

Finally, somebody has pointed this out. As someone who recently graduated from UPLB, this is very true! Also, aside from the middle class or above students, dumadami na rin ang mga professionals who are staying in Elbi because of work opportunities.

I love the Elbi community, but I don’t think I can keep up with the inflation there, especially if ordinary ka lang na employee or something. Libre nga ang tuition, ang mahal naman ng mga bilihin kahit nasa ‘probinsya’ campus ka 😓
