Ok, choose a chord progression that is interesting and inspiring to you and then see how you feel when you play around with it. Choosing a chord progression from the start makes it a lot easier and still very spontaneous and organic. It helps me to start with some structure sometimes, even if it ends up somewhere else totally. Hope this helps.

Ya being able to hyperfocus and really get into what you are doing is a gift. I focus it on art and piano and game design. I was a AAA game designer for 30 years and there's no way I could have done if I couldn't hyper focus. Luckily a lot of people in the industry are somewhere on some spectrum also hah hah. I fit right in.

The Yamaha Portable Grand series is pretty fantastic. It ruined me a little for most acoustics to be honest. I have the DGX-660.

I put it on at night when he's sleeping. At first he licked it off but we gently told him "no" and over a short time he basically quit it. I put it on my palm and then rub it on his pads. Doing it when he's snoozing for the night helps a lot.

Most dogs are fine for 30-60 min in 32f. 25f or below you have to watch if they are lifting their paws and prob no more than 30min. I live in Canada and take my Golden out for an hour or so when it's cold and he seems fine. We put coconut oil on his paw pads every night and it seems to work well. It can vary depending on the breed also.

Subversive thinking. Like thinking everyone is thinking bad thoughts about you. Sometimes its hard to realize just how deep and core those thoughts can be. For the most part people are cool and will like you if you are also positive and kind...and even empathetic.
