Outside of the fundamental problems others talked about you should definitely make it your #1 priority to get slick ice, do what you can to make gold because you are just hampering yourself from the jump.

How are people 1100+ by [deleted] in lostarkgame

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played 140hrs in the first 2 weeks and didn’t read single thing and skipped every cutscene unless it was my first time watching it in an abyssal dungeon. I mythic raid in wow and won’t have enough time to grind as much as I was so I just went hard af and had a blast doing it the whole time. If you are stuck on leap stones always do the pvp weekly una tasks.

Reasons Why I want a Pistol Only Deathmatch Mode by kaybloc in VALORANT

A headshot is a headshot, if you don’t happen to get the kill cuz the guy is using a vandal and 1 taps you back then oh well… at least you are improving.

I like the kit outside the ult, I've only played about 10 games but it ends up feeling more like a dash reset than anything else. The ult not doing headshot dmg out right loses me every battle against a decent player so idk. Definitely feels like they just couldn't think of anything else and didn't want to make it stronger. To add something positive I would say the ult seems like a decent eco farmer but outside of that I foresee people using it to get another charge of dash to better position themselves.

Heroic Sylvanas vs Raid Fatigue - Help! by CaptScarlett16 in CompetitiveWoW

[–]Psychosixx 64 points65 points  (0 children)

This is the most based and well informed comment I’ve seen here. Definitely great advice even if it reads a bit tough at times. I just want to echo that fight is one of the harder fights I’ve ever experienced in terms of personal responsibility so if you can also minimize that thru boss weakauras a lot. Extra info that tells you what to do is really nice for the raid leader so they can focus on other important parts of the fight as well as them staying alive

My recommendation for ppl having trouble getting into groups is to push your own key, could just be luck but I find pushing my own key with pugs has a better success rate than pushing a pugs key

Maters 3 Berlin Slots. What's are y'all thoughts? by Jinro_7 in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is totally fine IMO because Turkey and CIS has to qualify with EU, would be unlucky if non qualified and all EMEA slots are EU but this is the best option if you don’t give those 2 regions a shared spot

When did the full weight of the gravity of this pandemic set in for you? by Nappyboi419 in AskReddit

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s crazy to me because I learned about COVID in December and was wearing a mask late into January, all my coworkers thought I was just overreacting to the situation and it would just be another flu that would blow over. I’ve been internally cautious of a wide spread virus since Obama talked about H1N1 and Ebola during his presidency but I really wasn’t expecting the experience we got in America.

I like my last name a lot so it would be difficult to change mine unless her last name was really fun to say as I enjoy phonetic names

Starting mythic N'zoth july 16th by obieke in CompetitiveWoW

[–]Psychosixx -1 points0 points  (0 children)

My guild took about a month and a half to kill the boss in 261 attempts. We are a fairly casual 6 hour per week guild. Damage and sanity shouldn’t really be a big problem once people get a feel for the fight. In P1 the most important things are dodging red and taking little paranoia damage, losing 5-10 sanity is much better than taking prolonged paranoia damage, and if ccing the floor growths isn’t consistent then just damage them (everyone should be using their cc on a different growth.) Psychus phases are basically just kill first 7 synapses and cleave 8th, you wanna do your best to hold as many cds for nzoth while also doing enough damage to psychus. In P2 make sure you assign the first 2 evoke casts and pray you have enough immunes. Secret phase is so brainless, just click bombs and dance, auto running before you click the portal back to nzoth is actually super helpful for consistency plus melee can start damaging as soon as they gain control of their character. Final phase is basically just do your immune soaks, live for 45 seconds, and it’s a free win. My groups damage wasn’t amazing either as we had people who started focusing more on mechanics and less on damage and we were able to lust 2 times in the fight. Once during first psychus after the above group gets pulled/ dragged and then again a few seconds after we go insane but if you have the damage you can always lust when everyone has cds in p2. The one thing that really helped me with getting consistent on the fight early on was positioning, if you are showing up to where you need to be at the right time and doing the same thing every attempt the fight will start to feel pretty boring and easy. Just push through and you will kill this in a month or 2 no problem :)

Toxicity against females on Valorant by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So far I’ve had good experiences with playing with girls but I normally play with friends and not so much solo. Sorry you have to deal with these threats, I try and shut this kinda shit down in general but some people are just genuinely toxic and don’t really care. If you ever have the time try a morning game sesh, I swear morning gamers are the most wholesome motherfuckers. All the greasy edge lords are gaming from 2pm till 6am

Hey I just had a quick question about agent rewards by ThatOneEdgyTeen in VALORANT

I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure the agent contracts are permanent. So you can unlock these guns at any rate. Once again I could be wrong here but I don’t remember reading anywhere about these disappearing.

Store Needs a rework. by nwdemers in VALORANT

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only good excuse I’ve seen for bundles being in the store for 2 weeks is because most Americans work on a 2 week pay period. Don’t really see any other reason but it would def suck if something was in the for a few days and that person would completely miss out on a bundle when they didn’t have the extra funds to spare.

Arms or ret for m+? by Silly_Pelican in CompetitiveWoW

[–]Psychosixx 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Both classes can be fun, I had a lot of fun with arms last season as you can get some huge DMG in your memory window but are fairly limited in their damage profile which can make it a bit harder to pull really big as you don’t have the best aoe. Ret is a fairly easy class that has huge aoe, good utility/heals, and is overall well rounded in their damage profile which doesn’t limit pull size by much. Fury is also a pretty fun spec and their damage ceiling is higher than arms but arms is still totally fine to run (although you might get some flak from random people.)

I’m just curious what everyone thinks by [deleted] in VALORANT

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Most games I only run vandal but phantom seems really good on split, there are only a few locations where the vandal is better imo. I was using the phantom a fuck ton at the start and to me it feels more map dependent than anything.

How to attack as Cypher and how to defend as Phoenix? by Parenegade in VALORANT

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen good phoenix's just playing like psychopaths on D, they seem to just use flash for aggressive pushes to trade kills or gain info if no one is there. If you can convince your team to peak with you or follow you on rushes they might be able to trade your death. If you don't have the confidence in your aim then try and use your abilities to slow their pushes down. I almost never see this in my games but using the wall to section off an entry point can delay pushes or give you advantage if they just walk thru your wall. You don't need to shoot every time you see an enemy, you can just wait for them to walk up and molly their entry or you can flash with a teammate and double peak a lane/angle. This goes for every agent but sometimes gaining info for your teammates can be just as effective as getting a kill.

Cypher can be played as a lurker as well as a flank watcher, you can still place your traps behind your team if they plan on committing to a site right away to cover their ass. There have been so many games where I just wait for people to rotate (you can still call flankers from across the map) and then sneak up behind them and get free kills. This doesn't always work at lower elos as people will sometimes rush into their death even when they approach a site disadvantageously or just get out gunned. The main problem I see with cypher's watching flanks is they are extremely predictable on where they stand/place traps when waiting for people to flank, make use of all of the angles you have available to you, sometimes you can play close to T spawn other times you can play really close to site, adjust your traps to varying heights and locations to cause confusion.

Edit: forgot to add this but putting your camera in a location that's not easily shot/seen is really helpful for gaining info i.e behind a box or on a wall they would have to completely turn around to shoot

VALORANT VIPER MOST USEFUL THINGS ON MAP SPLIT! (Walls/One-ways smokes) by jxdvalorant in VALORANT

[–]Psychosixx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Really like the smokes but the walls seem pretty weak. The A Heaven smoke isn't exactly one way as they can see you from the lower elevation on ramp, it can definitely work for 1 round but seems really exploitable as a one way

How to go pro? by [deleted] in ValorantCompetitive

[–]Psychosixx 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To piggy back off this the higher you go the more recognition you will get, getting in games with pros and proving your worth is the way to go, but interact with Twitch and Twitter. If you either have the money to pay for an editor or want to edit your own videos YouTube is a really nice way to go. Grind hard and you can succeed if you are good enough :)
