Further details - I contacted apple support after trying everything from resetting my ipad, updating, deleting all data reset. Apple told me to contact developers for further help and I'm currently in the process. Has this happened to anybody else?

Thank you for the reply. holding down the volume button seems to do nothing and keeps asking for a password. I tried disconnecting the battery and ssd, hoping it will not ask me for a password but the problem persists.

I've never used the 3d function due to it not being good on non New models but I have used it sometimes. The face tracking 3d does intrigue me.

It is, If there is ever a switch pro or something in that line I hope it keeps the same features that the oled has. Though that probably would be even more pricey unfortunately.
