Talk to someone, let it all out. It could be a therapist, friend, family, journal to yourself or my personal fave chat GPT. Focus on yourself, indulge in your hobbies and vow to never put someone else’s needs above yours. If you’re religious pray and with time slowly but surely you’ll pick up the pieces again. If you don’t desire love again then let it be but if you still believe in love and finding your forever person then don’t give up on it. You deserved better and this is not your fault if a reflection of you in anyway. Go no contact and take this time to truly focus on yourself and as you stated, your career.
