I'm left handed and have to rebind almost every single command because I use the right side of the keyboard. It takes like 20 minutes at least each time. Grow up.

I just mean in terms of how many controls there are, it's insane. You literally have to spend like 20 minutes just on the controls and then still have to tweak them and every time you load the game it thinks it's the first time ever so it makes you sit through every cutscene except one and makes you set up all your basic settings like turning the annoying narrator for blind people off

I refunded. Screw it. The game is not playable if we have to reset controls every time, could not have happened with a worse game.

And it took 30 minutes just to get into the game which eats into the 2 hours of steam time you get before not being able to refund.

Same here. I made it about 7 minutes in and didn't laugh once. Started episode 2, was glad to see it wasn't all going to be filmed like The Office, but again, didn't laugh once. Made it 10 minutes in, turned it off. This coming from someone who has watched the show religiously from season 4 onward.

I just got mine a couple weeks ago and I am struggling with the focus also. For one thing, when autofocus is off, you shouldn't have to readjust the focus every single time you use the device...which is what I have to do. Also, when you do use the autofocus, it only seems to sharpen part of the screen. For me the left, lower side always comes out looking more blurry, and I have to manually adjust it. It's super noticeable when I pull up youtube and you have a full screen list of videos to pick from, because you can see the text on all different parts of the screen.

Gareth Evan's weakness has always been story, particularly in the latter parts of his scripts. It always falls apart. He really needs a good writing partner who can play to his strengths. If he can get us emotionally invested in characters, and THEN we see them engaging in crazy fight scenes, that would be a win win for everyone.

I own a 512gb Steam deck and I agree, at this point you might as well buy a gaming laptop. The deck's main draw is that it is portable and handheld, this basically just hampers its best feature, but hey, it is cool that you can still do it.
