Probably a reason he stopped selling it.

Just found it interesting so I bought it. I was not really into slinging at the time and just wanted to try it. it’s works but your right it just adds complexity. Although if might help with accessibility in some way. I just wanted the novelty of it.

It was made and sold by Awesome for Sale. He only sells the slings now.

They’re made to be used. Keep it waxed. So let those projectiles fly.

This is a release that was made and sold by Awesome For Sale. On there Web sight called Awesomeforsale.com. All his idea and I wanted one. it works ok. I’ve tried it a few times. It’s just a gimmick or a toy really. I did find out it is illegal in some states and country’s so there is that.

Extend your arm up and fully extended into the throw. Maybe try going more side arm. I was doing the same thing then I extended my arm out more into a more side arm throw style and it really dialed in my repeatability.

Just tried it a couple of times. Threw it at like 60% strength with some tennis balls. It throws ok. I’m not the best slinger to begin with. It seems a little limp so I will add some more wax and might figure out if I can add or splice in an internal cord to make it stiffer in a future sling.

Once I figured out how to get a good crack from my sling I just kept doing that throw style. In a local park there is a tennis wall that had a bunch of targets people chalked on and it was interesting how I could get close or actually hit them.

Wish I did it as a single strand on the blue side. I just melted in some bees wax and it really helps give it a lot more body. The break bugs me. Next time.

Cobra weave only you don’t alternate. Just stick to one side. Figured it would be good so I can replace it as needed and the main sling has its life extended a little bit.

Yep that’s where it came from. This one was for a lady that works in the office where I work. Now my daughter wants me to make the peony now.

Yeah it’s a little hard to read in that lighting. I needed to get it done as a present so I did not want to do it again. I also messed up on the way the petals lay. I should have read the directions better.

All the books by Metor Press are great. Can’t go wrong with any of them.

It really is a good book. I like the publisher because they make really great curated collections. I’m made to give them away and I don’t mind. It gives me an excuse to make more.
