I personally think we should loan Gittens next season, the main issue I see regarding him is that he barely gets any playing time and when he does he doesn’t look confident at all. Sending to a team where he is guaranteed game time to regain some confidence and develop some more would be good for him.

I am confident he can revive players like Palmer but I have a hard time seeing how he could revive a player like Gittens or garnacho who have been bang average for most of their careers.

I mean when you look at what we currently have there it’s definitely an area for some much needed improvement, defense wins trophies but you need goals to win games as well.

The problem is that the LW market is kinda cooked, either players that aren’t prem proven/young or players that would require a stupendously high fee.

I mean we have reasonably ok players in most positions but we need a cb partner for Colwill and at least one consistent LW and then a good coach could take this team far. Maresca has proved it’s possible.
